Swiss Global Artistic Foundation

Clement Dumortier joins the management team of the Swiss Global Artistic Foundation as its General Manager for Switzerland. Originally from France and trained as a violinist, Mr Dumortier completed his musical education in Paris and in Geneva. He holds a Concertmaster diploma and a Master degree in violin teaching.

Mr Dumortier also carries an impressive background in music management. Currently managing the Orchestra of the Conservatoire Supérieur de Musique de Genève and its Contemporary Ensembles, Mr Dumortier is also the Manager of the Verbier Festival Chamber Orchestra since the Summer of 2009.

Mr Dumortier is also the founder of the Association "Cordes en Iles" and the Artistic Director of the Orchestre International de Genève. In 2011 he joined the Commission Artistique du Concours de Genève.
